As it seems that a high percentage of the bar owners read this sight, perhaps it would be helpful if a few more details could be obtained, such as age group and nationality of this little group and possible what areas they have so far pulled this stunt in.

A good description would be great - if possible. so as we can all watch out of them even if we dont own a bar/restaurant - cos if they are up to that they'll be up to other stuff as well - sods !!

A good idea Ian. You never know they may try it on in the Charity Shops. It would be a good idea if we had an Early Warning System on the Urb like we used to have where I lived in England. If there were shoplifters about we used to pass details over the telephone. If they walk out without paying their restaurant bills they will get up to anything. Any info would be helpful Kate. I've asked my misus to keep her eyes open at the Hogs Head and warn Paul and Jan. We need holidaymakers not scumbags, times are hard enough without fleecing the bars.

Thanks for the tip Cagneys, we'll keep our eyes open & post any more info if we can, if any residents or other bar owners find out any more please post here, would be handy to get a mobile phone picture of the offenders if anyone is caught.

As a regular holidaymaker to your lovely Urbanisation, I am really annoyed to hear of this group ripping off bar/restaurant owners. It only takes one group like this to spoil it for all the holiday makers and put us all under suspicion. How dare they make off without paying when they are having the privilege of excellent food/drinks at an extremely reasonable price, on an urbanisation where the residents make all us so welcome. Hope you catch up with them and make them pay their debts.
